Mental Health Awareness Training through MHFA

Inspire Community Services runs Standard and Youth Mental Health First Aid Training both at our offices and on site. The course runs for 2 days and teaches participants how to recognise the early warning signs of a developing Mental Health issue, how to start a conversation around mental health issues and how to refer on to support services.

The course is nationally Accredited through the MHFA programme and helps you to deliver a safer workplace, with a team of MHFAiders
